What's included in the price?

The full workshop and all materials, including the frameworks and worksheets you use during the day and take away afterwards. Coffee, water and lunch. Networking and answers guaranteed.

Can I book just one seat?

Yes. These are open cohorts, so individuals are welcome. You'll be in a room with people from other companies, which is usually one of the more useful parts of the day.

Can you run this privately for my team instead?

Yes, on your dates and with examples from your own processes. That's priced per group rather than per seat. Message us and we'll send you a quote.

Where exactly is it held?

Cluj-Napoca. We confirm the exact venue once we know the group size, and everyone booked gets the address and the schedule well before the date.

I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to follow?

Yes. Both workshops are designed for non-technical business professionals. No coding, no maths. We explain AI concepts through real examples and real business decisions.

What if my industry isn't tech?

AI applies to every industry. Bring a process from your own work and that's what you'll spend the hands-on part of the day on.

Is this only about ChatGPT?

No. We cover traditional ML, computer vision, NLP, generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), AI agents, deployment strategies, and governance. ChatGPT is one tool among many.

Which language is it taught in?

Romanian or English, decided by the group. Materials are available in both.

What if I need to cancel?

Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before the workshop. Up to 14 days before, you can move to a later cohort at no cost. And if the day itself doesn't deliver what we promised, the guarantee above applies regardless of timing.

What if the cohort doesn't fill?

Each workshop needs a minimum of 5 people to run properly, since a lot of the value comes from the group. If we don't reach that, we'll tell you at least a week ahead and you choose: move to the next date, or get a full refund. You will never be left guessing.

Can it be delivered remotely?

The open cohorts are on-site in Cluj-Napoca, because the hands-on work is much better in a room. Private team sessions can be delivered remotely if that's what works for you.
