The guarantee

Attend the full day. Do the exercise. If by the end you don't have at least three AI use cases from your own work that you would genuinely pursue, tell me before you leave the room and I'll refund you in full.

Duration: Full day
Seats: 5 to 20
Format: Theory + examples + hands-on

Most companies aren't behind on AI. They're busy on the wrong parts of it.

The common pattern looks like this. Someone buys licences for a chat tool, a few people use it for emails, and six months later nothing about how the company works has actually changed. Meanwhile a genuinely useful use case, usually something dull involving documents or repetitive checks, sits untouched because nobody recognised it.

The expensive version is worse: a project gets funded on enthusiasm, runs for months, and quietly dies because nobody asked at the start what happens when the AI gets it wrong. One day spent asking the right questions is cheaper than one quarter spent finding out the hard way.

Founders, managers, operations, HR, product and business managers, team leads. Anyone who needs to understand where AI fits in the work they do every day.
A clear picture of which processes in your company are good candidates for AI, and which ones aren't worth the effort.

A decision framework you can use for any AI idea that comes up: what problem does it solve, what's the risk, do we build, buy, or stop.

Hands-on experience with AI tools and a list of useful use cases.
Morning — Theory, Examples, Decision Framework
  • 1
    Context and Objective
What real AI efficiency looks like. The difference between "we use ChatGPT" and "we changed a process". Where companies usually waste time and money.
  • 2
    Process Types Where AI Helps
Documentation and research, emails and communication, document analysis, decision support and reports, repetitive processes with semi-structured data, customer support, HR, sales, operations.
  • 3
    Real Industry Examples
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), classification and object detection, simple automation, an example of AI used poorly. Risks: data privacy, GDPR, hallucinations, vendor lock-in, adoption challenges.
  • 4
    The Evaluation Framework
For any AI idea: What problem does it solve? How much does the problem cost right now? What data is involved? Who will use the solution? What happens if AI gets it wrong? Do we buy, build, pilot, or stop?
Afternoon — Hands-on + Applied Work
  • Hands-on with AI Tools
Live examples and exercises with current AI tools. Participants try things out on real scenarios.
  • Process Mapping
Each participant picks a real process: employee onboarding, client proposals, customer responses, internal reporting, contract analysis, request management, sales follow-up, customer feedback.
  • Use Case Identification
Participants identify and evaluate AI opportunities in their chosen processes using the framework from the morning session.
  • Q&A and Next Steps
Open discussion, questions, and planning what comes next.

That matters in a workshop, because most AI training is taught by people who have never had to make it work. I have shipped it, watched parts of it fail, and fixed it. I will also tell your team when AI is the wrong answer, which happens more often than the market likes to admit.

Live instructor-led workshop, Cluj-Napoca

1,500 RON per person, 20 seats, and a full refund if you don't leave with three use cases of your own. Sending 3 or more people takes 10% off every seat.
